The Old Bakery
Until the 1950s the village had two bakeries but with a declining population,
ours closed. The other, just a few steps away, still thrives.
We are right in the heart of the village yet to the rear have views across open fields.

Sitting Room
At the front of the house is the sitting room, the former baker's shop, with fireplace and wood-burning stove.
There are easy chairs, T.V. and video, and a large selection of books, games and videos.
Kitchen / Dining Room
Seating for eight. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker plus all usual kitchen utensils.
Bedroom
Small bedroom with one / two beds.
Shower room
Shower, W.C. and wash basin.
Upstairs
Front Bedroom
Spacious room, with double bed, chests of drawers, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and ensuite shower & washbasin.
Middle Bedroom
Large bedroom, with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and wardrobe, overlooking garden.
Rear Bedroom
Small bedroom, with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Washroom
W.C. and washbasin.
Garden
The Old Bakery garden has two patios with chairs and tables for outside eating and barbecues.
There is convenient parking at the rear of the house as well as in our field.
Access to wash-house with front-loader washing machine, woodshed and bike store.
Paths lead from this garden directly to the enclosed pool and lawned area.
